We aim to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly. When we receive a complaint, we will acknowledge it promptly, investigate it fully and keep you informed of our progress. We will issue our final response as soon as possible and in any event within eight weeks of receiving your complaint.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
